Additional Art in City Hall Galleries:

The Redding Civic Center serves as the City's primary place of business, houses more than 350 employees and sees an estimated 1,200 persons enter the building each weekday. The building spans three stories, is approximately 100,000 square feet and hosts over 500 feet of gallery railing.

Since the inception of the Art in City Hall program, we have exhibited over 1700 pieces of artwork from more than 140 artists and many pieces have been sold. The City collects no commission on the sale of exhibited art.

The artwork on display at City Hall has been carefully selected by the Art in Public Places Committee to provide an engaging experience.

New exhibits are typically hung in February, June and October, although this schedule is subject to change for special showings.
