Focus on your core. This beneficial ab strengthening class focuses on all muscle groups. You will feel invigorated with enhanced stamina, control, concentration, fluidity and precision. Yoga Pilates can keep you physically strong and centered while maintaining union of mind, body and breath for greater mental clarity. Instructor is Victoria Morse.
