TopWATER FITNESS PASS- $55

Admission to all Water Fitness classes and Lap Swim times, Diving Practice, SUP Yogalates and Master Swim Practice.

DIVING PRACTICE

18 years & older

If you have previous diving experience and would like an opportunity to polish your skills, the diving well will be open weekly. Come prepared to demonstrate safe front and back takeoffs, controlled headfirst entry, and proper fulcrum use before being allowed to attempt back, inward, or reverse dives. Additional practice times may be available. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Master's Swim Practice

Teen & Adult

This class is for all swimmers from beginning to advanced levels and ages 16+. Swimmers will be challenged with a variety of sprint, mid-distance, and long distance workouts incorporating all strokes. Other team-oriented activities like relays and water polo may be integrated and swimmers will be invited to join in regular open water swims at Whiskeytown Lake. The Masters Swim class is especially good for lifeguards trying to stay in shape and former age group and college swimmers looking to enjoy a team workout in a relaxed yet challenging atmosphere.

SUP Yogalates Class at the Aquatic Center

This is a class for both the beginner and the expert. Instructor Audrey DeLong will let students get familiar with the SUP boards and the yoga and Pilates poses separately, before combining the sports on the water. The paddle board makes a great yoga mat and the extra balance required by being on the water intensifies the yoga/Pilates routine. Unlike surfboards, SUP boards are much more stable. This is sure to be a great workout class and one you can drop in for or take all summer. Wear the same clothes you would wear to a regular yoga or fitness class or if it's warm you can wear your bathing suit. Remember to use sunscreen. SUP boards and paddles provided. Limited to the first 12 people to enroll.

High Resistance Aqua Aerobics

Teen and Adult

This class is a 45 minute high resistance cardio workout in the water! The focus is on muscle strengthening, flexibility and fun!

Low Resistance Aqua Aerobics

This class is a 45 minute low impact class that will focus on muscle toning, increasing the heart rate, stretching, and fluid movement.

Lanes have been set aside and kickboards & pull buoys will be available. Long course is 50 meters. Short course is 25 yards.
